About ContractMatters
ContractMatters is contract management software built in and for Singapore.
We started ContractMatters after watching growing Singapore companies lose money to auto-renewals nobody remembered, and lose days hunting for the signed version of an agreement. Global contract lifecycle platforms solved this for large legal departments, but they were built for lawyers, hosted overseas and took months to roll out.
So we built a contract management system for the rest of us: one place to store, approve, sign and track every contract, set up in days, hosted in Singapore, and simple enough for every team in any industry.
What we believe
- Contracts are business documents, not just legal ones. Sales, finance, HR and operations should be able to use the system without training.
- Local matters. Data hosted in Singapore and support in our time zone are features, not afterthoughts.
- Plain answers. We publish clear guides on choosing contract software and contract lifecycle management — whether or not you choose us.
